As GENESIS Consulting Groups CEO & Chief Problem Solver I have 20+ years’ experience working within the Professional Service Industry. The Majority of my time spent in Business Management and Operations. I left my role as the Chief Operations Officer at a large national Architectural/Interiors/MEP firm to start Genesis Consulting Group. My goal was simple; help companies reach their potential.
In my free time I love spending time with my wife and our two kids. I also enjoy being a baseball coach for our local little league, reading, hiking, and watching my Las Vegas Raiders play on a lazy Sunday.

As GENESIS Consulting Groups VP of HR & Solutions, I have 20+ years’ experience working within the Manufacturing Industry. All of my time has been spent in HR & Talent Optimization. When I left my last company, which was a large construction manufacturer I made the conscious decision to go into consulting where I can help numerous companies and individuals who seek natural/inviting culture, talent optimization, diversity and inclusion.
In my free time I love spending time with my family and 3 dogs. Being part of Boxer rescue group is a passion of mine, as well as guiding new dog parents on training and behavioral tips.
